Key Stage 1–2 | Years 1–6 | Ages 6–11

In the Tajweed course at Al Rushd, students master the art of reciting the Qur’an correctly with precision and beauty. Lessons focus on the key rules of Tajweed including articulation (makharij), elongation (madd), and correct stopping (waqf).

From the basics to more advanced rules, pupils learn step by step with expert guidance. Clear pronunciation and fluency are prioritised, with regular practice and feedback from qualified teachers.

Recitation practice, drills, and listening to renowned reciters help students refine their skills and connect with the spiritual essence of reciting the Qur’an.
