Secondary KS-3 Digital Literacy
Secondary School Key Stage-3 Digital Literacy
Course Overview
Our online Digital Literacy course for Key Stage 3 students at Al Rushd is designed to develop essential digital skills and responsible online behaviour. Pupils learn to navigate digital platforms, evaluate online information, and use technology safely and effectively in both academic and real-life contexts.
Each unit introduces practical digital competencies—such as using productivity tools, understanding online privacy, and managing digital footprints—encouraging learners to apply knowledge with awareness and confidence. Lessons promote critical thinking and informed decision-making in the digital world.
Through guided activities, collaborative projects, and interactive discussions, students build digital resilience while becoming thoughtful, ethical, and capable users of technology in today’s connected society.
